Between Patient and Physician
The purpose of this project was to design a Discursive Product that triggered a conversation. The topic I wanted to address was the lack of empathy in healthcare. My aim was to design a product that empowered the patient and brought the doctor into a closer physical dynamic with their patient.
Concept sketches, identifying ways to enable physical closeness between physicians and patients
Simple prototype made with a paper cutout just to get a sense of the scale necessary, and test the distance between the ends.
